Guardian & Wards Act, 1890–Visitation rights were granted to respondent-husband and appellant was directed to take the child to Karur on every Sunday–Justification–Age of minor is two years–Both the parents are doctors by profession–Appellant resides in Madurai–Petitioner has to go 150 kilometers for taking the child to Karur–Interest of minor child is paramount and her health cannot be compromised–It would be appropriate to move the place of visitation from Karur to Madurai–Directions issued.
