Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Secs. 91 & 125–Application u/s. 91 with seeking to produce the old income tax returns of respondent-wife–Dismissed with the view that the unwarranted information was sought through the application and in order to ascertain as to whether she is unable to maintain herself and her two children, her affidavit and income-tax return are sufficient–Proceedings are summary in nature and Family Court cannot calculate arithmetically the exact figure of maintenance–No error or infirmity is found in the impugned order.
