Rajasthan Prisoners (Release on Parole) Rules, 1958–Rule 18–Scope–Language of Rule 18 does not make any distinction between regular parole and emergent parole–Overstay of a prisoner after the period of parole, whatever its nature be or the breach of any other condition thereof would entail the consequences laid down in Clause (i), (ii) & (iii) thereof.
