Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 302–Defence plea that the deceased died after 79 days, therefore, it cannot be concluded that the death occurred due to a gunshot–Post mortem report and statements of the doctor show that the deceased died on account of the injury received from the gunshot–All other evidence available on record also suggest this fact–Plea deserves to be negated.
