Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 11, Rule 12–Rejection of application–Appreciation of–As per provisions of Order 11, Rule 12, where application for discovery of a document is preferred, it is to be seen that the party may apply to the Court for an order directing any other party to any suit to make discoveries on oaths of documents, which are or have been in possession or power relating to any matter in question therein–Petitioners were under obligation to demonstrate before the Court the relevance of the documents to the matter subjudice before the Trial Court–They failed to do so–Held, application was rightly rejected.
