Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 20–Direction of taking the possession of premises in the execution proceedings–Earlier, the Tribunal had allowed the application u/s. 19-A and had directed the petitioners to pay the monthly rent of Rs. 2,80,000/- to the respondents on or before 10th day of every month–Order was not complied, hence the respondent submitted the application u/s. 20–No justification has been shown by the petitioners for causing the delay but they have deposited the amount of Rs. 5,60,000/- on the next day of passing the order–Order is liable to be quashed subject to imposing certain conditions.
