Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956–Sec. 136–Correction in revenue entries–Order of–Modified by BOR–Land was mutated in favour of respondent and he was the khatedar of land from Svt. 2011 to 2018–In the revenue record of Svt. 2048 to 2052, the land was shown to be recorded in the name of Doli, which was sought to be corrected–SDM rightly passed the order of correction in the revenue record but the subsequent order passed by him, giving the direction to add the name of Mahadev Trust was de hors the law–BOR rightly restored the earlier order dated 14.05.2014.
