Criminal Trial–Witnesses Reliability–As per version of PW 4, if the rope was untied by the accused, how it came to be accumulated in the corner of room–It was also stated that the deceased had bled to the extent that the blood had spilled till 2-3 foot from both sides of the body, yet there was no blood on the rope–Testimony of PW 4 is not reliable.
