Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988–Secs. 7 & 13(1)(d) r/w. 13(2)–Acquittal by trial Court–Scope for interference by the appellate Court–It can be done only on the ground that the view taken by the Court below is erroneous and perverse–If the appellate Court is inclined to take another possible view than the one taken by the trial Court, same cannot be reversed.
