Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Secs. 88 , 89, 92A & 188–Revenue suit–Decreed by RAA–Appreciation–Land in question was recorded in name of P who died in Svt. 2020–Petitioner-State recorded the land as shivai chak as no one came with the claim of legacy of deceased–However, no eschate proceedings were initiated and no order was passed in this regard–RAA concluded that plaintiff was indeed a legal representative of deceased P–Held, suit was rightly decreed in his favour.
