was declined by Govt. on 17.9.1955–Limitation for filing the suit for specific performance of contract was three years which was lapsed in yr. 1958–Held, suit filed in yr. 1981 was barred by limitation–Further, held, provisions of Arts. 64/65 of Limitation Act would not be applicable as the suit was not an independent suit for possession.
