Transfer of Property Act, 1882–Secs. 106 & 111–Rejection of suit for ejection of tenant with the view that there was no valid termination of tenancy–Revision against–Allowed–On expiry of first lease agreement, it was extended for eleven months for various times–Mere acceptance of rent after the expiry of period of lease would not amount to waiver of termination of lease–Further, after expiry of the terms fixed under the deed, the tenant would not be entitled to statutory notice u/s. 106–Held, no interference is warranted in the impugned order of High Court.
