Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005–Secs. 18, 19 & 20–Complaint under–Sustainable against whom ?–There is no allegation as to how the appellant nos. 3 to 13 have caused the acts of domestic violence–It is also not known that how they can be held responsible for award of monetary relief to the respondent as they are residing in Gujarat and Rajasthan whereas the complainant is residing in Benglore–Proceedings against them are liable to be quashed.
