Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 41, Rule 27–Rejection of application–Documents sought to be produced by the petitioners were not relevant or germane for deciding the appeal, inasmuch as the documents were not related with the suit property–Petitioners miserably failed to show that how the documents were relevant and the said documents were not produced by them initially while the matter was pending adjudication before the Estate Officer–Held, no perversity is found in the impugned order.
