Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Secs. 205 & 70(2)–Scope–Proceedings in some other case could not be a ground for rejection of exemption application–Application has to be examined on its own facts–Grounds given in the exemption application would have to be taken into consideration and after applying mind on the grounds taken, if the Court finds that the genuine reason for not attending the proceeding, the exemption application may be allowed.
