Criminal Trial–History sheet–Opening of–Justification–Rule 4.4 of Rajasthan Police Rules provides that two or more convictions enumerated in Rules 8.22 should be in existence for opening the history sheet–Petitioner has been convicted only in one case–Held, opening of history sheet cannot be held justified.
