Specific Relief Act, 1963–Sec. 6–View of trial Court that the provisions
of Sec. 6 were not applicable in the instant case–Admitted fact that the plaintiff came in possession of land with the aid and assistance of police pursuant to the order passed by the Court–It cannot be said that the defendant nos. 5 to 7 entered in the plot with consent of plaintiff or with due course of law–Provisions of Sec. 6 would be applicable in the instant case–Defendant nos. 5 to 7 entered in the plot on 2.4.1994 without use of force–This act was sufficient for attracting the provisions of Sec. 6–Order of trial Court was rightly reversed by appellate Court.
