Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 6, Rule 17–Application under–Allowed–Suit for cancellation of patta/sale deed–Earlier, the plaint was returned on the ground of jurisdiction–In appeal, this Court issued the direction to make amendment as regard to subsequent developments–If some paragraphs have been permitted to be made in the plaint, no error can be said to have been committed by the Court–Amendment shall avoid the multiplicity of suits–Petitioners are always free to raise their objection of Court Fees, if permissible in law–Interference declined.
