Transfer of Property Act, 1882–Sec. 106–Notice–Validity of–Period mentioned in the notice falls short of the period specified in Sec. 106(1)–However, a suit or proceeding is filed after expiry of period prescribed in Section–Held, such notice will not be deemed invalid.
