Jaipur Development Authority Act, 1982–Sec. 82–Notice in regard to encroachment over the pasture land–Appeal against–JDA Appellate Tribunal found the encroachment over 8125 square meter land–Concurrent findings–Fact that the petitioners had applied to the govt. for allotment of disputed land can not justify their continuation over encroached land–Further, the plea that no action against the other persons encroached surrounding lands also can not be accepted–However, the prayer of petitioners to grant a reasonable time to avail the remedy of appeal before the Division Bench is accepted.
