Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 39, Rules 1 & 2–Trade Unions Act, 1926–Secs. 4(2) & 6–Grant of temporary injunction in regard to restraining to forming a new Trade Union–Full fledged machanism has been engrafted into the Trade Union Act for registration of new Union–Court cannot proceed on pre-supposition that the Registar would allow registration of Trade Union without ensuring compliance of the statutory requirement envisaged in the Act–Impunged order deserves to be set aside.
