Appreciation of–Land in question was belonging to gram panchayat and patta was issued by gram panchayat in favour of plaintiff–Plea of appellants that the proceedings for cancellation of patta is pending before the appropriate forum–This fact cannot be the ground for refusing the injunction–Substantial question of law answered in favour of plaintiff and second appeal dismissed.
