Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Secs. 451/457–Release of the vehicle in favour of respondent no. 2–An admitted position that the petitioner was the regd. owner of the vehicle but he failed to comply with the conditions of the loan advanced to him by respondent no. 2–Even he failed to pay the first installment–Respondent no. 2 had no option but to put the vehicle in question under auction–After the order of the Arbitrator regarding the custody of the vehicle, it was put to online auction and it was purchased by S–Held, the petitioner cannot be allowed to take the benefit of his own wrong–Interference declined.
