Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 12, Rule 6–Commercial Courts Act, 2015–Sec. 13–Decree of suit on the basis that the appellant-defendant has admitted the documents on which the plaintiff filed the suit–Submission of appellant that the suit was wrongly decreed as he had filed the objection as regard to interest amount and jurisdiction of Court–Once the e-bills and invoices were admitted by the appellant-defendant, the Court below was justified in awarding the interest on the basis of market rate–Further, only on the basis that the appellant was having its registered office at Hyderabad, the same could not have prevented the learned Court below from exercising the jurisdiction over the matter as the order was issued by the appellant from the District Pali and the goods were also supplied from the factory in Pali–Held, appellant is not entitled for getting any relief.
