Rajasthan Prisoners (Release on Parole) Rules, 1958–Rule 9–Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 376(2)(f)–Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012–Sec. 3/4–Rejection of parole application with the view that the release of parole would have an adverse bearing on the social and psychological well-beings of the victim whose residence is just adjacent to the convict-petitioner–Balance would be achieved if the accused spends his time of parole at a place which is away from victim’s residence–Directed accordingly.
