Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 394, 458, 459, 397, 323 & 325/34–Life sentence–Punishment of–For imposing the sentence of life imprisonment in preference to the imprisonment of a term up to 10 years, the Court would be required to record special reasons–Trial Court did not advert to mitigating and aggravating circumstances and age of accused-persons–Sentence reduced up to the period of ten years.
