Hindu Marriage Act, 1955–Secs. 2(2) & 13–Issue upto effect as to whether the marriage had dissolved as per decision of caste panchayat–Establishment–Chairman of caste panchayat was not examined by plaintiff–Father of plaintiff and father of respondent wife also did not come in evidence–Other witnesses of caste panchayat were intimately related to plaintiff and they were interested witnesses–No document of registration of caste panchayat–Execution of document for dissolution of deed of marriage also could not be proved–Plaintiff also failed to prove the nata marriage of wife–Fact of marriage having been performed in the minor age also has no consequence–Held, trial Court rightly concluded that the issue could not be established.
