Compensation–Enhancement–Death case–Deceased senior assistant in State Electric Board–Total award of Rs. 14,27,496/- by applying the multiplier of 11–High Court reduced the award up to Rs. 11,82,000/- –High Court, as well as Tribunal, did not consider the future prospects which was required in view of the circumstances of case–High Court also not record any reason for reducing the amount–Compensation enhanced up to Rs. 18 lac.
