Act, 1994–Sec. 97–Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996–Rule 157(1)–Cancellation of patta–Appreciation of–Patta was issued in favour of petitioner for installing a cabin–As per Rule 157(1), patta can be issued only for regularisation of the old house–Patta was issued in violation of Rules and it was rightly cancelled.
