Guardian & Wards Act, 1890–Sec. 12–Denial from granting the custody of minor child to appellant-father–No active attempt was made by appellant to seek even temporary custody of child–He acquiesced with the existing arrangement of the custody of the child with the mother–No reason is found for interfering with the order of granting the custody to mother, however, the family Court did not consider over the visitation rights of appellant–Matter is remanded back to pass an appropriate order over this aspect.
