Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956–Sec. 75–Petition against the order of Assistant Forest Conservator in regard to demolishing the construction over the forest land–Appeal is pending before District Collector–Held, declined to entertain this writ petition, however, District Collector is directed to proceed expeditiously.
