Rajasthan Bovine Animals (Prohibition of Slaughter & Export) Act, 1995–Secs. 3/8–Prevention of Animals Cruelty Act, 1960–Sec. 11(5)–Charge framed for the offence–Animals were recovered being carried in the truck–Truck was not sufficient in height, length, and breadth to permit the animals a reasonable opportunity of movement–However, no iota of evidence that they were being brought for slaughtering–Held, charge u/s. 3/8 set aside, and u/s. 11(5) of Act of 1960 sustained.
