Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 304-B–Essential ingredients of offence–Held, it should be established that-
(i) the death was caused under unnatural circumstances, and
(ii) death was caused within a period of seven years from the marriage, and
(iii) soon before death, she was subjected to cruelty or harassment in connection of demand of dowry by the husband or his relatives.
