Closing of Evidence–Evidence of the plaintiff was closed and thereafter, the application for re-opening of evidence was dismissed–Though several opportunities were given to the plaintiff but it is also significant that the plaintiff appeared on many occasions but he could not be examined for some other reasons–As per medical documents, he sustained serious injuries and was undergoing treatment–One last opportunity deserves to be granted him at the cost of Rs. 5,000/-.
