Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 15–Denial from granting the permission to cross-examine the land-lord and his witnesses–Where a decision depends on oral testimony and affidavits forms oath against oath and facts deposed in affidavits are not verifiable from other material on record, in such cases, cross examination ought to be permitted in the interest of giving fair trial to litigants–Petitioner and respondent land-lord both are permitted for cross-examination of witnesses.
