Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956–Sec. 91(6)–Conviction & sentence–Petitioner made the encroachment over the land of johad paytan–Sentence of one year’s S.I. with the fine of Rs. 5,000/- was imposed on him but the Appellate Court granted him the benefit of Sec. 4 of P.O. Act–Probation period of two years has been passed–Held, no interference is required in the impugned judgment–However, the conviction of the petitioner would not effect him in other pending cases under the Land Revenue Act.
