Indian Succession Act, 1925–Sec. 276–Rajasthan Court Fees & Suit Valuation Act, 1961–Sec. 54–Proceedings for probate application or letter of administration–If the caveat is filed by any one and it is allowed then the Court is required to call the report u/s. 54 as regard to valuation of property and obtain the Court Fees–Thereafter, the application will be heard as a regular suit–Trial Court is directed to proceed accordingly in the instant case.
