Agreement of Sale–Lack of signatures of vendee–Effect–This would not ipso facto nullity the agreement altogether–In the instant case, agreement was signed by defendant-vendor and he received the amount in advance in pursuance of agreement–Receipt bears his signatures on the revenue stamp affixed thereon–Further, the reference of agreement was mentioned in the receipt–Both the documents are part of transaction–Held, lack of signatures of vendee cannot nullify the agreement altogether.
