Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 366–Conviction–Testimony of victim revealing that she was lured away by C and his wife–Thereafter, she was forced to marry with K–No allegation as regard to sexual intercourse by K–Held, conviction u/s. 376 cannot be sustained–However, the necessary ingredients of the offence u/s. 366 are made out against the appellants beyond the all manners of doubt–Declined to reduce the sentence of K who was the principal culprit and had already undergone for only 13 days–Sentence of C is reduced upto the period of already undergone.
