Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023–Sec. 115(2)–(Corresponding Sec. 323 of IPC)–Applicability of Section–Nature of injury sustained by the complainant was found to be simple–Whether or not actually she suffered any injury would be the matter of trial–Remaining offences are bailable–Therefore, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of Investigation Officer.
