Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 100–Scope–Mere appreciation of facts in respect of evidence and documents do not pose any substantial question of law in the instant case–Further, the first appellate Court did not assume any jurisdiction which did not vest in it–Held, no substantial question of law is required to be framed in the instant case.
