Rajasthan Minor Minerals Concession Rules, 2017–Mineral Concession Rules, 1960–Rules 26 & 31–Order as regards to revoking of mining lease–Sustainability–Admitted fact that the petitioner had deposited all the dues–Only deficiency of filing the affidavits and filing of identity and domicile certificate was remained–Petitioner submitted the application seeking extension of time immediately after recovering from the surgery–Nothing has been produced by the respondents to show that the notice dated 25.03.2011 was duly served on petitioner–Impugned order reflects that the application filed by the petitioner was not considered while revoking the mining lease–Impugned order set aside with certain directions.
