Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2015–Sec. 104–Whether the J.J. Board or Court has the powers to review its own Order ?–Held, as per provisions of Sec. 104(1), the power to amend is available only in cases of institution, where the child is to be sent or in relation to a person in whose supervision the child is to be placed–Such powers cannot be read to convey sweeping power to the Board or to the Committee to redetermine the age of juvenile.
