Consumer Protection Act, 1986–Sec. 21–In the revision filed by the defendant, National Commission enhanced the award–Sustainability–Original complainant did not carry the matter further to the State Commission–Order passed by the District Forum attained finality for her–It also does not appear that the National Commission exercised the suo motu revisional powers–Further, the National Commission did not consider the disability while
enhancing the amount–Impugned judgment passed by the National commission deserves to be quashed and set aside.
