Sec. 151–Rejection of plaint–Appreciation of–Earlier, the suit filed by the plaintiff J was rejected by the trial Court which was confirmed by this Court–Misc. application for recalling the order was also dismissed by this Court–Present suit was filed deliberately with mala fide intention and material facts were concealed from the Court–Held, trial Court was right in rejecting the plaint.
