Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 384–Offence under–When can be made out ?–It is to be shown that the accused extorted the victim by intentionally putting him in fear of any injury, or to any other, and thereby dishonestly induced the person so put in fear to deliver to any person any property or valuable security.
