Land Acquisition Act, 1894–Secs. 13, 18 & 50–Compensation–Enhancement–Reference Court enhanced the amount from Rs. 16.62 per square yard to Rs. 22/- per square yard–High Court enhanced it up to Rs. 50/- per square yard–Appellants failed to file sale deed of any parcel of land sold in the near proximity of the acquired land but the fair market value can be worked out Rs. 63/- per square yard–No justification in reducing it up to Rs. 50/- per square yard–Compensation enhanced accordingly.
