Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 427–Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881–Sec. 138–First conviction of petitioner was recorded in the year 2022–Thereafter, in the year 2023, he was convicted in two cases–Appeals against the aforesaid judgments are pending–It would not be inconsistant in the administration of justice, if the petitioner is allowed the benefit of discretion contained in Sec. 427 with a view to meet the ends of justice–DIrected to run the sentences concurrently.
