Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956–Sec. 90-A–Conversion of land in favour of respondents–Plea of the petitioner that the application filed by it for conversion of land is still pending and it was entitled for allotment of land–Acceptability–Authorized Officer passed the reasoned order after affording the opportunity of hearing–Petitioner did not choose to file the objection in the proceedings–Further, while rejecting the appeal and revision, it was taken into account that the agreement to sale was unregistered and khatedari rights cannot be transferred on the ground of same–Pending application of the petitioner for conversion of land on the basis of unregistered agreement to sale has been rendered infructuous–Interference declined.
