Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 308, 323, 341, 365, 382, 452, 427, 148 & 149–Charge framed for the offence–Revision against–Injured received total 15 injuries including some grievous injuries–He clearly mentioned in the statements that the accused came armed with lathi and iron rods in their hands and started beating him mercilessly–He also stated that they destroyed the wine bottles and snatched Rs. 15,350/- cash–Intention and knowledge of accused can be gathered from the number of injuries, nature of the weapon used and the part of the body which was chosen for causing the injuries–Order of framing the charge is just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case–Interference declined.
